Returns and Cancellations Procedure

Returns

We hope you are delighted with your order. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you can return new and unused items in their original packaging within 28 days of receipt for a full refund of the product price.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the item.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment.

Please note that sale items are only eligible for a refund if they are faulty.

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, you must inform us before it has been dispatched. Once your order has entered the dispatch process, it can no longer be cancelled, and you must instead follow our returns procedure upon receipt.

To cancel your order, please visit our website and log into your account to manage your orders. Alternatively, you can contact our Customer Service team for assistance. If your order has not yet been processed, we will issue a full refund.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for this reason, please contact our Customer Service team.

Shipping

To return your product, you should mail it to the address provided in the returns section of our website.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

Please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
