Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Please note that these are our standard processing times and do not include the actual shipping transit duration.

Shipping Destinations & Transit Times
We ship to most countries worldwide. The following are estimated transit times provided by the couriers. These are guidelines only and not guaranteed. Delays can occur due to customs, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

  • UK Mainland:
    • Standard Delivery: 3-5 business days
    • Express Delivery: 1-2 business days
  • European Union:
    • Standard Delivery: 5-7 business days
    • Express Delivery: 2-3 business days
  • Rest of World (including USA, Canada, Australia):
    • Standard Delivery: 7-10 business days
    • Express Delivery: 3-5 business days

Please note that for some remote locations, delivery times may be extended.

Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. This email will contain your tracking number and a link to track your package directly on the courier’s website.

Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes
For international orders delivered outside of the UK, please be aware that any customs, import duties, or taxes imposed by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the recipient. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are determined by the local customs authorities. We are unable to estimate these fees, so please contact your local customs office for further information.

Damaged or Lost Packages
We take great care in packaging all items to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. In the rare event that your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately.

If your tracking information indicates that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact us. We will assist you in initiating an inquiry with the shipping carrier.
